Rotating permanent magnet iron separator
● Purpose
Suitable for removing iron impurities from materials with poor flowability, adhesion tendencies, or susceptibility to clogging, such as starch, lithium carbonate, NMC materials, etc.
● Working principle
A reduction motor drives the rotation of the annular grating, effectively preventing bridging and clogging when materials flow through the separator, thereby efficiently removing iron impurities from loose or agglomerated materials.

● 1. Manual Rotary Permanent Magnetic Separator
The annular grating is manually pulled out for cleaning. With the aid of bearings, operators can easily withdraw the magnetic system for cleaning. Once pulled out, the magnetic system can be rotated 90 degrees to facilitate thorough cleaning.
● 2. Sleeve‑type Rotary Permanent Magnetic Separator
Compared with manual cleaning, the sleeve‑type only requires wiping and cleaning of the sleeve, making the process simpler. The drawback is that the magnetic field strength is reduced due to the use of the sleeve.
