Drawer type permanent magnet iron separator

● Purpose

Used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from dry materials in powder, flake, granule, or similar forms.

● Applications

Commonly used in battery cathode/anode materials (such as lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium iron phosphate, NMC precursors, NMC materials, etc.), ceramics, chemicals, plastics, mining, food processing, and other industries.

● Performance

  1. Magnetic field strength: 6,000–16,000 Gauss

  2. Temperature resistance: 60–350°C

  3. Demagnetization rate: ≤5% over 3 years

  4. Customizable designs available

  5. Coating options: ETFE, PTFE, nano-ceramic coating, etc.

● 1. Manual drawer-type permanent magnetic separator – requires manual removal of magnetic rods for cleaning​

Advantages:

Cost-effective

Compact design, saves space

 

Disadvantages:

High labor cost

Not conducive to on-site management

 

● 2. Sleeve-type drawer permanent magnetic separator – only requires cleaning of the sleeve

Compared to the manual cleaning type, it offers easier maintenance. The drawback is that the magnetic field strength is reduced due to the sleeve, making it suitable for applications where extremely high magnetic field strength is not required.
