● Purpose

Suitable for installation in scenarios requiring frequent cleaning or where manual cleaning is inconvenient, significantly reducing labor costs.

● Working principle

Based on the manual rotary permanent magnetic separator, an automatic cleaning function is added. The magnetic system and motor are mounted on linear slide rails. During cleaning, the solenoid valve is energized, and the cylinder pushes the magnetic rods out. The scraper blades on the rods scrape the magnetic impurities to the non‑magnetic area at the rod ends, where they fall into the external magnetic discharge pipeline. The solenoid valve is then de‑energized, and the cylinder retracts the rods back into the flow channel, completing the cleaning process.
