Permanent roll magnet iron separator

Using ultra-strong permanent magnets as the magnetic source, this system is primarily designed for the continuous purification of weakly magnetic impurities. When material is evenly fed into the separation zone via the feeder, magnetic substances are carried away with the conveyor belt by the magnetic roller, while non-magnetic substances are ejected by inertia along the tangential direction of the magnetic roller. This achieves the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials, with the entire process operating continuously and automatically. Available in single- or multi-layer designs, the magnetic roller comes in widths of 500mm, 1000mm, and 1500mm, with a material processing capacity of up to 30 m³/h or 20 T/h. It features low power consumption for energy savings, and the magnetic roller surface field strength can reach 14,000 Gauss, ensuring effective iron removal.
